Balance and Cognition

The Balance and Cognition activity track is designed for the unique needs of older adults who understand the importance of staying mentally sharp and physically balanced for as long as possible. Experience has taught us that our bodies achieve greater benefit when there is a coordination between the exercising of our brain and our muscles.

How does CogworxABC accomplish this? We use cognitive drills combined with both seated and standing exercises to achieve mind and body strength. A variety of reasoning, processing and memory drills coupled with safe movement create a fun experience that includes music and humor. All activity sessions are designed to foster a fun, goal-oriented, mentally challenging environment appropriate for participants in a deconditioned physical state.
