Adult Balance and Cognition activity programs
Provides Activity Professionals with fun, engaging and proven sessions for adults in congregate and community settings.
what is the
Cogworx Adult Balance and Cognition activity program?
The CogworxABC activity program addresses two of the biggest concerns many older adults have: falling and forgetting.
We want to help break this cycle by offering an ongoing activity that helps address both issues. And both issues at once. The goals of the program are to engage the cognitive skills, strengthen balance, and promote socialization of an older adult. It is a purposeful, innovative series of fifty-two one-hour activity sessions designed for use within a group format facilitated by activity or life-enrichment personnel. Each session provides a variety of age-appropriate activities, drills, and movements based on the premise of having “fun with purpose”.
